GROUP COACHING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Systems Rehab! We're thrilled to have you and can’t wait to support you in streamlining your business, implementing sustainable systems, and operating like the CEO you are.

Before we dive in, it's important we’re on the same page about how we’ll work together. Please read these Group Coaching Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully. By enrolling in the Systems Rehab Coaching Program ("Program"), you acknowledge and agree to the Terms outlined here. These Terms are binding as of the date you purchase or access our services.

1. Program Overview

Systems Rehab is a 3-month group coaching experience with 12 months of access to all recordings and digital course materials. It is designed to help real estate professionals and service providers implement systems and processes that reduce overwhelm and increase efficiency.

Access to live coaching calls is limited to the 3-month duration of the program. Calls are recorded and available for replay within the portal. VIP participants receive additional benefits, including onboarding strategy calls, a mid-program review, offboarding call, and exclusive access to the private VIP community chat.

1. Payment + Billing

The Program investment is $2997 unless a payment plan or promotional discount is applied. By providing your payment method, you:

• Confirm you are authorized to use it, and
• Authorize The Leverage Co. to charge it for the full Program fee (including any applicable payment plan installments).

Payment plans must be completed in full regardless of participation status. Failure to pay may result in removal from the Program.

1. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day conditional money-back guarantee. If, within 30 days of enrollment, you:

• Attend the live sessions,
• Submit completed work from Modules 1 & 2,
• Demonstrate genuine effort and implementation,

...and still don’t feel the Program is for you, we’ll issue a refund. Requests must be submitted by Day 30 and include proof of work.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to materials, no refunds will be granted beyond 30 days, and no refunds will be given for failure to participate.

1. Participant Conduct

Participants agree to show up respectfully and professionally. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior (as determined by The Leverage Co.) may result in immediate removal without refund.

Only the enrolling participant is authorized to access materials, coaching, and community. Sharing access or content externally is strictly prohibited.

1. Confidentiality

Given the group format, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Please use discretion when sharing sensitive or personal information.

1. Access Terms

Access to digital course content and call recordings will be available for 12 months from the Program start date. Access to live coaching is for 3 months only.

1. Testimonials, Likeness & Content Release

By participating, you consent to The Leverage Co. using your name, likeness, testimonials, and Program-related wins in marketing. No compensation is owed, and you release all rights to inspect or approve marketing content.

1. Intellectual Property

All materials provided are the intellectual property of The Leverage Co. and/or its partners. You may not reproduce, repurpose, or share Program content without written permission.

1. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results. Participant outcomes vary based on effort, application, and business conditions. Testimonials reflect personal experiences and are not guarantees of success.

1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to causes beyond our control, including acts of God, internet outages, or national emergencies.

1. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Washington, D.C. per the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

1. Miscellaneous

• These Terms represent the full agreement between the Participant and The Leverage Co.
• Headings are for convenience only.
• If any section is deemed unenforceable, all other sections remain valid.
